Ashwagandha brings additional support during stressful seasons by helping the body adapt and feel more balanced.
This tincture was created from my own experience with heartbreak and the deep need to stay open, even after pain. It is intended to be a gentle companion for anyone moving through grief, loss, emotional healing, or simply wanting to reconnect with the heart.
